In Authentic Lives we believe in working in twos and threes, journeying together and totally banishing loneliness. We strongly suggest you facilitate a workshop alongside at least one other person – it will be a richer experience for both you and your participants.

The Resource Packs below help Lead Facilitators and Facilitators with running an Authentic Lives course both in-person and online.

Handbooks contain the standard flow of activities per session, practical instructions on leading in and out of an exercise and most importantly, the purpose and reason behind the exercise. Experienced lead facilitators may diverge from the handbook when needed in order to cater to the participants. Handbooks may be changed or modified in the future with new units or modules and new information, please check you are referring to the most up-to-date version before running a workshop.
