Intellectual property notices
When using our website, you accept that:
- The website and content contained on it are protected by copyrights or are subject to other proprietary rights. You must not therefore use them in any manner not permitted by ABG CIC in these terms and conditions or by third party suppliers in their service agreements.
- Names and logos (trademarks) that appear on the website are owned by ABG CIC or others who have licensed their use to us. They may not be used in any manner without the prior permission of the owners. You are responsible for complying with applicable restrictions on use of all content and trademarks you see, hear and use on the site. You understand that any unauthorised use of them would result in injury to ABG CIC and in such event we have the right to take legal action to prevent this. You further agree to hold ABG CIC harmless and to indemnify us for all direct or indirect damages that arise as a result of your violation of any applicable policy.
- ABG CIC may have patents, patent applications, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights covering content on the website. Except as provided in these terms of service, the provision of our services and the furnishing of such pages to you do not give you any licence to them. Any rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and ABG CIC as a result of these terms of service or use of the website.
You may not assign these terms of service without the prior written consent of ABG CIC in all instances. We may assign them in whole or in part at any time.
ABG CIC’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in these terms of service is in derogation of our right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the website or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use.
You agree to indemnify and hold ABG CIC, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents, harmless from any claim, demand or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct in connection with the website.
If any part of these terms of service are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations outlined above, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of these terms of service will continue in effect.
ABG CIC’s omission to exercise any right under these conditions or notice of copyright shall not constitute a waiver of any such right unless expressly accepted by us in writing.
Termination and restriction of access
ABG CIC may terminate or suspend your access to the website for breach of these terms of service, for inactivity or for any appropriate reason. Any cancellation or termination by you or ABG CIC will not relieve you of any obligations to pay fees accrued prior to this. The website may be discontinued at any time without notice or refund, except for services paid for and not yet rendered by ABG CIC. We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from any such termination of service.
Governing law & jurisdiction

At its sole discretion, ABG CIC may require you to submit any disputes arising from the use of these terms of service or the website, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the LCIA rules, which are incorporated by reference into this clause.
